Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle

List of Ingredients

  • 500g tagliatelle
    250g wild mushrooms
    1 white onion
    2 garlic cloves
    Sprig of sage and thyme
    1/2 to 1 jar truffle mayo


Finely dice onion and garlic and fry with herbs and oil of choice.


Then cook pasta, whilst pasta cooks, clean wild mushrooms then roughly chop and add to frying pan.


Once pasta is cooked (We prefer al dente for this dish) drain thoroughly and stir in truffle mayo.


Add to serving bowls and garnish with fried mushrooms, onions and herbs and season to taste and serve immediately.
